Welcome to Digital Agents Institute. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our Digital Insurance Sales Mastery Workshop and use of our services. By registering for our workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Workshop Registration and Payment

Registration Process

• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment of the workshop fee
• Workshop access details will be shared via email within 24-48 hours of payment
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration

Payment Terms

• Workshop fee: ₹99/- (Early Bird Price)
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Fees are non-refundable unless workshop is cancelled by us
• Prices may change without prior notice

2. Workshop Attendance and Access

• Workshop is scheduled for 2 days: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM, starting 30th Aug 2025
• Access links and materials will be provided via registered email address
• Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection
• Workshop recordings may be available for limited time post-event
• Seats are limited and allocated on first-come, first-served basis

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All workshop content, materials, and resources are proprietary to Digital Agents Institute
• Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute workshop content without written permission
• Personal use of materials is permitted; commercial redistribution is prohibited
• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action

4. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to maintain professional behavior during the workshop:

• Respectful communication with instructors and fellow participants
• No sharing of inappropriate, offensive, or promotional content
• Active participation and engagement during sessions
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation

• If we cancel the workshop, full refund will be provided within 7-10 business days
• We reserve the right to reschedule the workshop with 48 hours notice

Participant Cancellation

• No refunds for participant-initiated cancellations
• Workshop materials and bonuses are non-transferable
• Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on case-by-case basis

6. Educational Purpose and Professional Guidance

• Workshop content is for educational purposes only
• Participants should verify all strategies with relevant regulatory authorities
• We do not provide personalized financial or legal advice
• Participants are responsible for compliance with local insurance regulations

7. Technology Requirements and Support

• Participants need reliable internet connection and compatible device
• Technical support is available during workshop hours
• We are not responsible for technical issues on participant's end
• Alternative access methods will be provided when possible

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Agents Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop or use of provided materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for workshop registration.

9. Data Usage and Communication

• We may use anonymized success stories and feedback for marketing purposes
• Participants consent to receive workshop-related communications
• Opt-out options are available for future marketing communications

10. Modification of Terms
